With an extensive investment in our own powder coating facility, we have full control of our products, from start to finish. Each Window and Door is available in over 150 RAL colours, along with a range of finishes – satin, matt or gloss. Textured finishes are also available. If your designs extend to a different colour inside and out, that’s doable too.
Origin Doors and Windows are completely bespoke – so whatever type of development you’re working on, we have a colour palette and aesthetic to suit.
Unparalleled finish and delivery…
There are no third parties involved in the manufacture of Origin Windows and Doors, so we have full control of the quality of our products and the timescales we can deliver them on.
Through bringing powder coating in-house, we have been able to minimise any potential disruption along the supply chain as well as enhancing the entire process.
The aluminium frames are prepared through a meticulous mechanical cleaning process – undertaken by our linishing machine (one of a kind, here in the UK) where adjustable brushes sweep away the slightest imperfections with water and air. A 10-stage chrome-free pre-treatment process follows – which exceeds the industry standard of 5-7 stages.
Our ethos is that if the surface is the cleanest it can be at the start of the journey, the most receptive it will be to being powdercoated. This results in the most flawless finish that will last for years to come.
In addition to being able to choose from Class 1, 2 or 3 powder, our level of control means we are the supplier you can rely and depend upon to deliver to you right first time.
Ability to deliver right first time, every time…
Our investment not only extends to powder coating technologies, but in our capacity too. Our 64,000sqft facility in Bicester gives us expansive space to store products in high demand colours. Alongside this, our two powder coating booths ensure we can keep up with demand. No matter how big your development, we have capacity to deliver at scale.
Should any damage take place on site or if you’ve been let down by another supplier, our ability to paint on demand means we can rectify it quickly so there are no delays on your timescales.
